    Hi, I am in for another cycle. Thanks for starting this again.

    STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
    Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.

    Challenge starting weight: 149.2
    I weigh every day & average them on Monday, so my numbers are the weekly average.
    My goal for this cycle will be 145#
    Oct. average weight= 152.01
    Nov. average weight= 151.28
    Dec. average weight= 150.53
    Jan. 2022 average weight= 150.86
    Feb. average weight= 150.2
    March average weight= 148.84

    Starting weight = 149.2
    4-4= 149.26

    Ok, keeping this going from winter. I changed my work-out regime to focus on core and body-building so I don't expect to lose much weight, if any. Still, this was the best part of my week before - so I'm gonna partake.
