    I'm 56
    155cm / 5' 1
    SW: 96kg / 211 lbs
    CW: 63kg / 139lbs
    I walk 60-120 minutes a day with the mutt...

    I'm taking a deficit break at the moment, while I practise maintenance for a month or two. To maintain at 63kg I'm eating around 1875 - 1950 calories a day.

    When I get to my ultimate goal weight of 54kg my maintenance calories should be around 1800/day.

    I actually just came to the forums to ask this!

    I’m 5’ and eat anywhere between 1200-1500 and exercise for 60 minutes a day, 4-6 days a week, and I’m not even losing half a pound. I’m even using the same meal plans I had when I was able to afford a dietician. I’m so frustrated and confused and I’m at the point where I’m going to the doctor to ask for advice.

    I’m scared y’all, I’m pre-diabetic and have been working my *kitten* off since I got this new in January. I’m so tired and discouraged.

    How much do you weigh and how much are you trying to lose?

    I'm 5'3" and lose under 1600. I probably eat even more. I'm very active. I just don't log perfectly.

    I figure losing calories a little differently: Target body weight (not current weight) multiply by 9-11 (9 for sedentary work, 11 if active/on your feet daily) then take that number and multiply by 1.x (x=number of workout/training hours per week). My target BW is 132 with a desk job, but I run/lift 5x a week for about an hour: 132 x 9 = 1,188 x 1.5 = 1,782 daily calories for losing weight.

    I guess I am lucky because I have been losing at 1600-1800, not sure about maintain because right now I’m still losing. I was eating 2000+ previously so my body was used to do that, probably why I feel like I’m starving to death at 1700 lol

    I’m 5’1” and I am around 1300-1400 calories a day to meet my goal of around a pound per week.

    My wife is 5'3" and she loses about 1 Lb per week on average eating around 1700 calories per day.

    5' 2.5", female. I was at 170 in August. I am now 124 lbs (8 months). I ate 1200 calories / day (most days) and my exercise was walking 5000 to 10000 steps. I do not eat any calories back from any exercise. I am in the process of adding a tiny bit of calories in per day to maintain.
