What part of your body did you first notice the weight loss?

I'm really interested to find out Also, which part of your body do you feel is clinging the pounds?

I feel like I have lost a bit of weight on thighs and face looks smaller but i still got a long way to go! :)

    I can feel it pretty much everywhere except my belly.

    I noticed it first when my chin started to disappear. My boyfriend also said that my area around the rib cage felt thinner.

    My gut however, still feels massive and doesn't feel like I have lost anything from it. I probably have, but it doesn't look like it -.-

    Gone from a size G to D (so far), my face but my stomach and thighs are defs clinging

    The first part that changes start to show, is the face in 90% of the times.

    it's possible a lot of that is extra skin.

    I'm loosing from my boobs and bum but my belly just doesn't want to go. :-(

    Believe it or not my belly, unfortunately I lost a lot of my boobs too. Well its a trade of I guess :)

    Yeah i have the same problem too with my belly and OMG ARMS! i hate my arms and stomach ! they always seem to be the last part of my body to loose the body fat from...

    i noticed the weight come off of my belly first.
    but really cling to my thighs..
    there my trouble are, and the reason why im on a diet.
    at the time i didnt think my belly needed to get any smaller,
    but i guess the fact that the fat went from there instead of the large amount of fat stored on my thighs,
    means it thought it had more to give..
    um also noticing it take alot longer to come off of my arms, but i think that might be because there getting more muscle..
    so there loosing fat but staying the same size..

    my bandwidth & hips.
    I went from
    Bust:42 to 38
    Band Width: 40 to 33
    Waist: 42 to 33
    Hips: 52 to 39
  • My waist was the first place I could tell. I WISH it would come off my thighs and hips but that's always the last place for me for it to come off.
  • Definitely in my legs, and my chest! I have gone from an E to a D cup. Little on my waist, as I have noticed my size 18 pants are falling off me now and the size 16 ones I had to fish out of the suitcase I had with all my skinny clothes!

  • I noticed the inches dropping off my stomach, as that was the only part of my weight loss (besides calorie counting) that I was tracking from the beginning. As a result, I have noticed that, for every 6 lbs of weight that I lose, I drop about 1 inch of fat from around my waist.

    Although more recently, I have really noticed my legs really toning up (due to jogging/cycling a lot).

    Where you lose weight first is genetically determined. My upper body got thin enough to see bones but I still have "thunder thighs". They are smaller but still disproportionate to the rest of me. I have always been a pear and still am. Exercise will help with that by toning areas and making them smaller but you can't really spot reduce off fat. I am trying to lose 3-5 pounds now to--hopefully--get rid of a little more leg fat. I think I am like the cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland. The last thing to disappear will be my thighs! :) Good luck! and congrats on the weight loss.

    I noticed my belly going down first - it was my thighs that stayed for the longest time.

    my hips are two whole sizes smaller than the rest of me. I always seem to drop there, and off my breasts. I really wish the rest of me would catch up with my hips and legs!

    I put a bra on that was a little snug six weeks ago. I can fit a whole fist in the cup of each now. (That you can't really see the effect of this on my actual body might give you some indication of just how much boobage there is there, though!)
