Good Morning Everyone! As most of you know Charger is on a well deserved vacation and I have offered to help keep the challenges up while he relaxes! So let’s get started and kick this fat out the door!!!

Today's Challenge is: Triceps Extensions

Lets shoot for 250 total

You can do them with any weight you want…hand weights, soup cans, bottles of water, or milk jugs.

You can break them up throughout the day or do them all at once…You have until midnight to get them done.

If you can't do 250, then do what you can. Remember to push yourself -- This is a challenge, so challenge your body!!! Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.

    Hi, I'm new. I'm in but just to make sure I understand: we should do 250 tricep extensions today, right? Or is this a weeklong thing?

    250 today you can split them up or do them all at once.

    Done! I did them as 100-100-50 and I found that I could read the MFP blogs while I did them. Double fun!

    I'm in! Wasn't able to get on mfp much this weekend to check out the challenges. But honestly my legs were still sore from Friday's! Lol

    I'm done! I used a 5lb weight... but I think I should have waited and done them right before bed because Im not sure how much use I'll have out of my arms for the rest of the night. Thanks Crystal!

    I did 280 using 10# weights. Good burn and I know I'm going to feel it tomorrow.

    Ended up doing @ 150 with 12# weights. Kinda sore today. Lol.

    i only got in 40.. i completely spaced the challenge when i got home from work
