Weigh yourself daily or weekly?

Do you prefer to weigh yourself every day or once every week?

(I personally weigh myself every Monday morning as that’s the only day of the week I choose to have a rest day. I like to see my weight loss progress look like a nosedive rather than a zigzag.)

    Neither. Periodically, but less structured than daily or weekly.

    Daily for me. I don't mind the zigzag, it's educational. And weekly would still be zigzag at my current rate of loss, with more data points it's easier to spot my actual weight trend.
