My ultimate weight goal is 150.
I did Fitbody boot camp for almost 5 years but as you age you need a change.
Now doing pilates on a reformer at Club Pilates and absolutely love it. So does my back and joints5 -

Last week's loss is not as dramatic as it appears. My April 8 weight was an outlier 2 pound overnight gain after a night out at friend's for a social event. I was back down to my starting weight after a few days.5 -

I am fluctuating between 76-77 kgs since last month! But i put 77 kgs as my start weight!! I had a massive binge session few days ago as my shrink put me on mirtaz 15 mg. I immediately stopped taking it and got my prescription changed. I feel better today and my weight is 76 again5 -

Weighing in a day late, just got back from vacation last night. I had reset my calorie goal to “maintain” for vacation and wow, did just that. Interesting for getting a feel of what mindful maintenance will feel like.7 -

Total loss for April UP just over a half pound from a week ago. Damn. Just as I was settling back into my maintenance goal range, it's like I hit a rubber floor and bounced back up, up, up. It's down from yesterday, and it's down from every day from Monday through yesterday, but it is back up where it was end of March. Grrrr.

My son talked me into trying Orangetheory and outside of spinning this is the most fun I’ve had working out. It’s been good for me, I’ve dropped 7 lbs and my energy level has increases.

Apr 05…..…..198.8 (Trend Weight: 199.4)….. One pound down from last week which is my typical goal so I am glad for that. Yesterday was not that great of a dietary day but I am getting more steps in due to a kitchen reno. Food upstairs, dishes and silverware in my main floor master. Pots and pans on the console entertainment cent in LR. Microwave at the far end of LR. Coffee at the front door landing. Lots of back & forth for sure. Today’s meal will be carefully planned. Having guests for dinner so I am on top of meal planning today. Thankfully they are willing to put up with the kitchen inconveniences.
Apr 12…..…..200.8 (Trend Weight: 200.5)….. I’ve been in a bad slump this month although it hasn’t gone well since earlier October before my surgery. This week is 3 days of traveling which never helps. I’ve got to make the days at home really count!
Apr 19…..…..199.2 (Trend Weight: 201.5)….. We went out for Easter Dinner and to see the Easter Bunny and find eggs with DGS #4 because of a lack of kitchen during my reno. I felt like I ate a normal amount and did not even finish. Yesterday (Monday) I was so swollen in my calves and ankles and stomach that I was miserable. My weight (which had been creeping up anyway) ballooned up to 204.8. I pushed water and only got in my 250 steps 3 times out of 13 on my fitbit. Barely over 3000 steps for the day. On the couch all day with headache and miserable uncomfortable swelling. My doctor recently gave me a water pill to help aid my heart until I see the cardiologist June 1st. It is prescribed to take 2-3 times a week which is why I sometimes feel my weight will go up & down. I took the pill yesterday and those steps are from going back & forth potty. I also took a magnesium pill to help with TMI because it had been a few days. Both worked. Imagine my shock to see over 5 ½ pounds down overnight when I was so immobile! Glad to see it under 200! I feel much better today but I’m starving and my body wants to make up for the lesser amounts of food yesterday. I’ll choose wisely.

After about a week off the healthy eating over Easter the scales are certainly showing a slow progress for the month. Not optimistic of hitting target this month which is making me feel like giving up/ having some time away from the app. Sat here eating my bran flakes with fruit summing up the courage to go for a run to kick start me back into a full last week of dieting (or I could just eat my weight in chocolate eggs 😂)
