Ideas for maximizing MFP

I have had this subscription for about 6 months...I like it but cant seem to maximize it in my day to day fitness plan. I subscribed for the nutrition perspective and find it very comprehensive but somewhat fiddley.....any ideas would be appreciated.

    I apologize if I'm being obtuse, but I'm not really clear on what you're asking/wanting? Can you rephrase your post a bit, as I think that may help you get some suggestions etc?

    MFP is designed to track calories-- but may not be the tool you're looking for to guide your day to day fitness routine.

    Maybe you need another tool like https://fitnessprogramer.com/ or https://www.strongrfastr.com/workout_builder_generator to help you with that?

    I log the results of my fitness/training plan here but MFP has no input or value add into creating my training plan.

    What are your goals?
    What is/are your preferred exercise(s)?
    What assistance are you seeking or expecting?
