Im aiming to shed 10kg before my show which starts 28th June, so this Challenge is perfectly timed for me! I'm doing intermittent fasting with 3 fast days per week (1000-1200 cals per fast day, 1800-1900 per non-fast day). Rehearsals twice per week, dance class once a week, walking with a friend 1-2 times per week, and I just got a bike, so I'll be cycling 1-2 times per week too as of next week. My weigh in day is Sunday.
