WEIGH IN WEDNESDAY!
Had a great week. I have a goal of getting to 10K steps each day, and finishing the day under points. It's not always something I achieve, but it's something that I aim for. I use my exercise calories for extra food. One of the days I did so much exercise that I ended up eating around 2,500 calories.

Technically my weight was done today (5/20/22) but I don't wanna wait until next week to hold myself accountable. My goal is 4lbs per month. Hi. I've been yo-yoing the same 4lbs for nearly a year ( wt was 6lb lower last August but it has crept back). I've allowed myself to drift away from exercising, haven't been food journaling beyond 2pm each day, and evening snacking is a huge issue for me. I've checked my blood sugar level the past 3 days before breakfast and it's at 6.1 (110) ever morning.
First goal is to lower blood sugar back out of pre-diabetic range to 5.5.
Second goal is to break free of this 3lb plateau I've been dwelling on. My goal is to just lose some weight each week. The occasional plateau is to be expected but I'm done with losing, gaining, losing over and over again. I'm 75 years old and beginning to feel some arthritic issues so I don't have forever to reach my ultimate goal of getting 20# off.

Hi. I've been yo-yoing the same 4lbs for nearly a year ( wt was 6lb lower last August but it has crept back). I've allowed myself to drift away from exercising, haven't been food journaling beyond 2pm each day, and evening snacking is a huge issue for me. I've checked my blood sugar level the past 3 days before breakfast and it's at 6.1 (110) ever morning.
First goal is to lower blood sugar back out of pre-diabetic range to 5.5.
Second goal is to break free of this 3lb plateau I've been dwelling on. My goal is to just lose some weight each week. The occasional plateau is to be expected but I'm done with losing, gaining, losing over and over again. I'm 75 years old and beginning to feel some arthritic issues so I don't have forever to reach my ultimate goal of getting 20# off.

I like your goals of 10lb increments.
Life has lots of challenges so often feel like a leaf blowing in the wind. My secret goal for August is to lose 7lbs but will be happy with 5.
