Actually dipped below my goal weight on the 17th, 124.3! Today’s +3 lbs looks scary, but it’s expected on my cycle, plus one night of drinking too much wine which led to some unfortunate, but tasty, late night pretzels. White flour carbs like that plus my cycle equals water retention. Should work itself out over the next few days.

Not optimistic of hitting target this month which is making me feel like giving up/ having some time away from the app.

I bet you a bagel if you stepped away and went in the wrong direction you'd be more upset with yourself than if you just dusted yourself off, remembered how much you enjoyed taking a week off "healthy eating," (or maybe you didn't), and just start moving towards your goal again. So what if it takes one week longer than planned? That's better than six months!

    Stick to it!

Ultimate Goal Weight: 155 (on the cusp of normal bmi but any thinner I don’t think I’d look good)

Hi, I joined these challenges last year and got down to 163 in June 21. Sadly I worked myself to a little breakdown, overate, drank too much and gained most of the weight back. ☹️😢

I quit my well paid but 65hr per week job and got lower paid job with less stress and lovely people. So after a little mental health break I’d like to feel as good about my body as I did in May/June.

    I am 5’6
    April 19th 191.2lbs. 30.9bmi - obese 😢

Hello my name is Christine, I’m 56 and live in south Florida. Over the recent years I’ve gained over 20 lbs which is bad for my health and purse (clothes are not fitting) 🙂🤦🏾

My son talked me into trying Orangetheory and outside of spinning this is the most fun I’ve had working out. It’s been good for me, I’ve dropped 7 lbs and my energy level has increases.

My name is Donna. I am 61 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5’ 5” tall.

    Start Weight (from March, 2022 ): 199.6
Goal Weight: 194.6 (5 pound loss)

    End of Challenge Weight: xxxxx
Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know it when I get there!)

    Apr 01…..[/color= fuchsia…..199.8 (Trend Weight: 199.4)…..

Apr 05…..…..198.8 (Trend Weight: 199.4)….. One pound down from last week which is my typical goal so I am glad for that. Yesterday was not that great of a dietary day but I am getting more steps in due to a kitchen reno. Food upstairs, dishes and silverware in my main floor master. Pots and pans on the console entertainment cent in LR. Microwave at the far end of LR. Coffee at the front door landing. Lots of back & forth for sure. Today’s meal will be carefully planned. Having guests for dinner so I am on top of meal planning today. Thankfully they are willing to put up with the kitchen inconveniences.

Apr 12…..…..200.8 (Trend Weight: 200.5)….. I’ve been in a bad slump this month although it hasn’t gone well since earlier October before my surgery. This week is 3 days of traveling which never helps. I’ve got to make the days at home really count!

Apr 19…..…..199.2 (Trend Weight: 201.5)….. We went out for Easter Dinner and to see the Easter Bunny and find eggs with DGS #4 because of a lack of kitchen during my reno. I felt like I ate a normal amount and did not even finish. Yesterday (Monday) I was so swollen in my calves and ankles and stomach that I was miserable. My weight (which had been creeping up anyway) ballooned up to 204.8. I pushed water and only got in my 250 steps 3 times out of 13 on my fitbit. Barely over 3000 steps for the day. On the couch all day with headache and miserable uncomfortable swelling. My doctor recently gave me a water pill to help aid my heart until I see the cardiologist June 1st. It is prescribed to take 2-3 times a week which is why I sometimes feel my weight will go up & down. I took the pill yesterday and those steps are from going back & forth potty. I also took a magnesium pill to help with TMI because it had been a few days. Both worked. Imagine my shock to see over 5 ½ pounds down overnight when I was so immobile! Glad to see it under 200! I feel much better today but I’m starving and my body wants to make up for the lesser amounts of food yesterday. I’ll choose wisely.

Apr 26…..…..202.2 (Trend Weight: 201.6)….. I didn’t think it was too bad of a week until I posted for this weekly challenge. I’m not happy with the huge uptick but I am grateful to be able to see this and reflect back over the week. I’m in a lot of daily weigh in challenges which I also appreciate for other reasons, but thank you for this weekly one. If I am getting off track it really slaps me in the face!

    Apr 30…..…..(Trend Weight: xxxxx)…..

Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
