Hi I'm Lisa and I'm starting my journey over with the hopes I can finish my goal of first losing 55 pounds and than more down the road I dont want to be hard on myself at first. All I ask is that you dont ask any personal questions that are not fitness related I'm coming from Fitbit and I was asked several times to leave my husband and etc. You will get deleted if I see anything like that.
