Motivation from peer support?

Hello! I'm a 35-year old (home)office worker from Europe :)

The past couple of years have drastically changed my body (probably my mind, too) for the worse. I feel like I'm just now emerging from a fog and realizing I've become someone I can barely recognize.

It's time to get a grip, and I'm hoping for support from others in the same boat, so feel free to add me as a friend :)

I completely understand the feeling of seeing yourself as someone you don't recognize. Perhaps different reasons but I understand. I too feel that way.

Maybe you'd find a team helpful. I'm part of a group that has made a huge difference for keeping the motivation, finding support, and giving back along the way. We have members in many countries, of many walks of life, ages, and experience. Check it out -

The sign up thread is under "Announcements", but first you might want to browse the team chats to see if it looks like you might like it, and which team seems to fit you best. There are 5 teams, and the chats are under "Discussions". You'd be welcome if you decide to sign up!
