    Same..ive disconnected and reconnected it about 4 time. Good to know im not alone here and I too rely on that calorie adjustment...

    EVERYONE has been having this issue, there are very many posts on this topic. Incidentally, it isn't just Fitbit but all 3rd party devices including Garmin and Apple iwatch. Scroll through the "Recent Discussions" forum and you can see all of the posts.

    Same here. I was told to uninstall and reinstall. Now all my app info is gone and it thinks my birthday is 100 years from now.

    Same issue. I found that if I disconnect my FitBit and then reconnect it, it will update one time, but won't update on it's own unless I disconnect and reconnect it.

    Yep, me too. Reconnect gets me one update only, then nothing

    Don’t uninstall anything right now. The tracker connectivity issues are part of the larger MFP issues overall that have been going on (the recipe builder, website-app connectivity, new food input, log-on issues, etc.).

    Uninstalling can end up deleting your old data and causing more problems for you.

    Just wait it out. They’re working on the fix.
