I joined orange theory fitness around 9 months back and taking group class 5 days week.
I joined a personal trainer in zoom taking 2 days week class and he gives strength training and nutrient training. Still my weight not reduced at just static at 200 pound
I have reduced my intake from 1800 cal to 1500 or less still no luck ?

How are you determining your calories consumed? Measuring cups, serving sizes, kitchen scale? Generally speaking, I wouldn't take nutritional advice from a personal trainer. They just aren't trained in nutrition. A registered dietician would be the way to go. They have a degree in nutrition, and have learned about specific concerns (medical conditions, weight-loss, health maintenance, nutritional balance, etc). What is your height and gender? Have you seen other changes in your body? Clothes fitting looser? How long have you been watching your calories? More information would help with better suggestions.5
