    @BethE238 You deserve to use your swim club! Don't let your ex-friend steal your joy. It's your safe place and you're there for YOU. Don't stay away because of what someone who's no longer in your life *might* be thinking about your weight gain because honestly, they're not worth it and they're probably far more caught up in how they look in their suit than you in yours.

    Goals this challenge- 11,000 steps/day; Pelo or run 2-3x week; strength training 2-3x week.

    SW: 181.8

    5/17: 183.6 I increased my weights in my strength training routine yesterday, so that’s likely the cause. Still annoying though.
