Rough week this past week with the dreaded virus. So wasn't able to get out and run.
But I at least managed to stay on top of my intake to maintain my existing weight.
Looking forward to a ripper loss week, coming up.

I went on a 4 hour, 6 mile hike on the 14th and when I weighed in on Sunday morning, I had gained 8 pounds! How is that even possible? It's slowly coming back off. But it is so discouraging. I was so close to my goal of 150 lbs. Then BAM!1 -
