Keep up the great work!
I wanted to share my experience with this video (which I am not recommending for you, this month anyway):

I was hilariously pathetic at it the first time I did it, and I'm not a beginner, etc., etc.
However, I chipped away at it, and split it up in between easier exercises I'd received from a PT, and eventually got to the point where I had to hold longer or do more reps to make it challenging enough1 -
@Cluelessmama1979 I am in pretty much the exact same situation - age, height, and starting weight included, only it's my son who does most of the things for me that I can't do most days. Shopping is really the only exercise I've had regularly for years and even that sometimes is too much, and as you mentioned, the recovery from walking an entire store is days of misery.
I have multiple disabilities including a back injury (that happened when I didn't have insurance so it hasn't healed properly), fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue. I also have what is suspected to be RA but has at least been verified as some sort of degenerative arthritis in my spine, neck, and ankles. The weight just started piling on after my injury, but the other diagnoses were in my mid to late 20s.
I was browsing this board with the intention of posting a very similar post to yours asking for help with basic movements that I can start doing before my physical therapy starts next month (yay for insurance!) I used to do yoga daily, but at this point, that's not an option I don't think... at least not yet. I do have access to an outdoor pool that has been opened for the summer, but it isn't quite warm enough for that here.
I have recently signed up to do delivery for extra income while waiting for my next disability hearing and would love the independence to maybe sometimes go by myself. Currently, the plan is for my son to go with me and do most of the getting in and out of the vehicle and walking -- but that means his days off from his full-time job wouldn't really be restful for him. If I could manage a few hours alone each day while he's at work -- even if I had to use my cane -- I'd be over the moon happy.
Obviously, I don't have any suggestions, but if you are interested, I'd love to have a chat/motivation buddy who knows where I'm coming from.5
