I'm looking for some motivation. Feel free to add me and chat with me. I'm in need of positivity too. I'm 33years old. Started water aerobics 2-4 times a week in the morning. When I don't have appointments. And walking a mile a day.

I've been up and down a little of late but been back on it the past three weeks. I gym run and walk 10k steps a day. I'm going to try and attempt adding cycling and swimming in too1 -
