I started one meal a day a week ago in that first week I’ve lost 10hrs but I have around 200lbs to loose. I am amazed at how good I feel. I basically only eat an evening meal made if around 700-800 cals followed by a pudding of berries and yoghurt. I’m averaging about 2300 cals a day. I eat around 7pm then fast 8pm until my evening meal the next day. I drink water and Pepsi max or diet lemonade and a cup of tea with milk after my meal/ I’ve got more energy then I have had in a very long time. I’d love to hear other peoples experiences of fasting. I struggled with hunger today but I was very tired so I think that was maybe why. To think over a week ago I was bingeing every night on over 5000 calories on ice cream and chocolate. I look forward to my meal now and I enjoy it so much more. I’ve watched countless you tube videos on fasting and how good it can be for you. The slogans I’ve heard really ring true. Fast feast repeat and rather then deprive myself of what I wanting just deferring until later in the day. I know it’s very very early days but I feel like I’ve finally found the one thing that will work for me. I was Dubois become I hinge and I thought I would binge after being without food for around 22hrs but I eat I enjoy it and then I’ve no desire for anymore and look forward to the next meal.
Thanks for listening. I’ve struggled all my life with food and the control it’s had over me. Now I feel in control for the first time.

Good luck with your plan, great reading. I've been on OMAD for 19 weeks. Easiest diet that I've ever been on because it's so simple. Only was hungry once, so far. Good amount of weight lost. This will not work for everyone but for some, this works great. Keep up the super positive attitude and this is going to work.1

I love doing OMAD. I get more done during the day as I'm not prepping meals, I have more energy, I sleep better, my digestive issues are improving and I have more freedom to eat large at dinner 🥣🥗0

I'm glad it's working for you and I totally agree about enjoying your food more. Because I eat during one small window of the day, I am a lot more mindful of what it is I'm eating nutrition wise and yeah, I definitely enjoy and appreciate it more1 -

I only started last week but have already watched my weight shift 3lbs.1 -
I do omad at my second job, as I am just checking people in at a gym. Most other days I don’t since I am super active. But I am impressed with the fact that you have found something that works for you1
