Starting over, I've done this before and here I am again. Could use some Mfp friends.
please add me.
I am 52 and looking to lose weight, I am starting with small goals at a time but in the end I want to be at my best for my health and to feel good.
I started a week ago with weight lifting, I walk my dog and do some treadmill. I will add more as I get stronger.
MY goals.....
currently 185
Goal 140-145
Build muscle and lose weight.
