Today I have my first birthday party to go to since starting myfitnesspal. I am nervous because I am worried about the sweets. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Just enjoy yourself and log what you ate as best you can. You get to have days where you eat differently without guilt, you don't have to go overboard. You can get back on track tomorrow. It won't ruin anything 🙂

    Enjoy yourself and just try to be mindful. Maybe take firsts but not seconds. Try and stop when you are full. Drink water between glasses of wine. Evaluate after the party, what worked well and what didn’t? We learn as we go.
