Hi - just found out about and started using this site. I can do great during the day but the minute I get home from work until the time I go to bed, I feel like a food frinzie.... HELP

  • I know how you feel. Some things that have worked for me: drink a big glass of water or tea. Go for a walk. Have plenty of healthy snacks available. Good luck on your journey!

    MFP will become your next 'addiction'. Stick with us, and before you know it, you won't even think about food, (well not as much anyway!)

    I eat smaller earlier in the day so I can kind of graze the rest of the day. Sometimes it helps me to set my accounted for snacks on the counter. Seems to help me pace myself better. Add me if you'd like.
  • Thank you all! They are all ideas I will be trying! I used to crochet like a mad woman at night so my hands were always busy, but now that doesn't even work. Your ideas are all winners!
