    I was the same, was doing zumba for 5 months, saw a bit of tone but hadn't lost any weight until I came on here a month ago. 7lbs down & still going :)

    Thankyou for inspiring me at this moment, I really wanted to eat some hershey's nuggets......then I figured I should log onto here to figure calories beforehand, saw your post/pics and instead decided to drink a glass of water. I can't believe it but the craving is subsiding....lol, I must've just been thirsty!!! These pictures are great, you look great! Forty is my goal, hope I make it.
