Just a Venting Moment

I just gained 3lbs back ove been fighting off for what feels like forever! Please dont give me you gotta do this or that.... im doing it! Im not giving up... just super super depressed to see the scale go the wrong way when nothing has changed. No its not muscle adding, no i didnt eat bad .... it just is what it is!!!!

I'm in the same boat. Busting my chops, sticking to a deficit of around 500-600 and the scale just stays the same.0

Bodyweight fluctuates naturally. You're comprised of anywhere from 55-65% water and that fluctuates. You will always have varying degrees of inherent waste in your system. Hormones...etc, etc, etc. Losing weight isn't a linear process and maintenance isn't a singular weight either, it's a range which accounts for completely normal fluctuations.2
