Goals!

Hi guys!
I’ve joined MyFitnessPal in order to keep track of my eating habits, weight-loss and exercise routines. I have a goal weight and major life goal that’s keeping me going!
If anyone has any tips…please don’t be afraid to share!

Xx

Hey! I'm really happy to see this post because I also have a life goal that's keeping me going. Let me know how we can support each other! Nighttime is my weakness. The tip I have for you is to look up the app 7M Women! It will remind you a bit of Wii fit. Also try stretching before bed! It makes you feel much more energized in the morning!

    Weigh accurately and log honestly.

Pre-logging for days out helps keep me on track. I know exactly what I need for groceries, and can zip through and ignore temptation. It’s also easier to change things here on the fly and adjust there to balance things out.

Being in control is an awesome thing.

Good to see you here all excited about making progress :)
My tip is to make small changes over time that you can sustain. Changing our bodies also means changing our minds and spirits. Care for all and give yourself grace.

    I am cheering for you!

Hey! I’m also working on myself for a goal! My little brother is getting married and I want to look good in the pics come October lol. I started my journey right before the new year hit, but was too afraid to weigh myself then. I’m down 47.5lbs since January 2nd now. I’ve taken little steps. I’ve been on a calorie deficit and incorporated veggies into absolutely everything I eat. Recently, I’ve started walking more. I’m just a little over halfway to my goal.

You can do this! It’s hard to get in the routine, but I’ve logged in for 170 days as of today and it feels good to know I’m not quitting.

Please feel free to add me as a friend for accountability!
