Hi there,
I'm excited to be part of this community. I participated in a study around weight loss and it's connection to longevity through Tufts University last year. I went from 146 to 123, but without the constant super vision, I'm up to 129. I'm trying to keep my calorie intake to 1800, like I did on the study, because I know it will lead to a longer and healthier life!
I'm a math teacher and I love data and graphs - that's how I stayed motivated on the study.

    I love data too!

I have all these spreadsheets with everything I'm doing... what I eat, what exercises I do, how much weight I should expect to lose, what vitamins I'm taking.

Then, whenever my weight loss slows down, I analyze them looking for trends.
