Struggling to Lose

Hello! I am 52, and I have about 25-30lbs to lose. I have floated between 198 & 190 for almost a year. CW is 194.8. I have cut calories, been on WW, tried Keto, tried the fasting (eat only between 12 & 8), and tried appetite suppressants & other supplements for energy & metabolism boosts. For the entire month of June, I’ve stayed between 196 & 194. I am pretty active.
It seems as if I’m destined to stay in the 90’s club. But I am not giving up. 💕

Have you tried actually using MyFitnessPal? Like going through the guided setup and using the food diary?

If you give your body less fuel in the form of food than it needs to pay your daily energy bill, it can only make up that difference by dipping into its stored fuel. It's really as simple as that. What you eat and when you eat it come down to what makes it easiest for you to consistently provide yourself not-quite-enough energy for the day's activities, there's nothing magical about not eating for 30 hours or before/after a certain time or eating/not eating a given substance.

Yeah ... for myself, it always come down to I ate more than I thought I did and that's why the weight just would not go ... but sometimes it would be also because what I ate was staying inside my body long past when it was due to have been gone.
