Hello,

My name is Bob. I've taken the name FurryandGrowly because that was my nickname years ago. I live with my wife, daughter, and granddaughter, two dogs, and two cats.

I go the Zacharias Ganey Health Institute in North Richmond, Virginia. I've experienced strong results there losing about 80 lbs since December 2010. I have a long journey to reach my weight loss and fitness goals. At 62 it will be a great challenge.
