i am new to my fitness pal.i want to loose weight sooner. say in a week or two time.is it possible.and what tips do i need to follow.regards

    How much do you want to lose?? Remember that it took longer then a week or two to put it on.
  • Losing a significant amount of weight in a small amount of time is incredibly unhealthy. One to two pounds a week is about the maximum you can lose before you start drifting into that realm of unsafe weight loss.
  • So what do i need to do. if i want to loose maximum in a week.the best i tried is to aviod eating much.and do exercise a bit.will it gonna work.

    Also i dont mind quiting eating,but i get weakness or headache with it.any good suggestions for that.

  • You don't want to stop eating. Eat until you're satisfied. Also replace junk food with healthier food, such as fruits or vegetables.

    If you stop eating then you wont lose the weight, just up the exercise, but keep eating.
