The Biggest Loser 10K Tuesdays!

I LOVE the Biggest Loser! it is so motivating and inspiring... But I would also get depressed because I wasn't seeing that kind of difference in me, and while it is not healthy to loose 20lbs a week like they do on TBL Lets use it to stay motivated!
Instead of sitting on the couch eating ice cream and potato chips while watching TBL, my roomate and I work out for the full two hours we are watching TBL. When we both had gym memberships we would walk 10K while watching... this is definitely at a moderate pace to take the whole two hours.
Since we have gotten some exercise equipment in our house we do that instead of going to the gym now. But we are moving and active instead of sitting on the couch eating the whole time the show is going on... It motivates us to keep going.

TBL is one of the reasons I started using MFP, and I too work out while it's on in the background. BTW, it's the US and Oz versions I watch, the UK one is crap!0

Love Biggest Loser!! does it start tonight? hope so! and I will have my workout done by then, but I will do some situps or something while I watch. and definitley not eat!0

tonight at 7!! I will exercise but it will probably be on eliptical. Im in!!0

I did circuit training and rotated between the bike, elliptical, rowing machine, and "freestyle" doing sit ups, push ups, lunges, leg lifts etc all during the biggest loser and burned 750 Calories! What do you guys think of the battle of the ages?0

well, I ran 4 miles on Tuesday, but did not even get to watch the show. I have it on the DVR and plan on watching tomorrow night!!0
