    My Mil died last week so we drove across the country and have been staying with relatives. Its been all fried food and sandwiches, plus alcohol. Didn't over eat as such but definitely feel bloated. We are heading home today and will get back on it tomorrow but would imagine I've a bit of water weight up and will take the week to get back to where I was.

    07/03….. 203.8…..(Trend Weight: 203.4)….. Oops. I was supposed to post yesterday so I am posting my current weight on the 4th. It’s been a week where I dropped to Onederland, then flew back up 204.8. My waterpill every other day decides a lot for me but I have to trust the process. If I increase exercise and limit my calories and carbs I will lose stubborn fat. I just can’t always trust the scale.

    07/10….. 198.4…..(Trend Weight: 202.5)….. Tested Covid positive this week. Watched calories carefully since I’m not getting in a lot of movement or exercise with this Covid virus. Appetite is good. I can still taste and smell. Very tired, not sleeping well and the worst part is the phlegm that causes such coughing. Throat getting rough . Feels more like pneumonia than anything, but I’ll wait and see how it is after day 5 is over. It’s far to a hospital for X-rays. Weight still coming down. I’m really trying to work on it. Spacing my meals out and leaving enough calories for a snack is key.

    I have Covid, day 5, not too bad. Kicked off a sinus infection and wiped out but otherwise OK. No exercise but sticking to calories. 10 days to holidays I am hoping to drop the 1.6 and have a nice even figure of 160lbs before I go. Don't ask me why🤷‍♀️. As I know I won't be a nice even 160 when I get back😂.
