Hi I’m new here, I have been trying to lose weight I been off and on I need some motivation also I want to learn how to use this app and start some type of challenge feel free to message or add me!

I'm fairly new to MFP and would add you but I don't know how to 🤭. I'm also a yoyo dieter but feel in the right frame of mind this time. Only been on MFP 2 weeks (previously joined it but never got the hang of it) but starting to enjoy it. I just wish I could log calories burned on the weight machines at the gym.0
