Trying to grow the butt- What exercises have worked for you?

Genetics, patience, and lots of deadlifts for me. I don't personally squat.1

Thanks. I just started really hitting it hard. I have been doing deadlifts, squats, donkey kicks, hip thrusts, step ups and a few other ones on butt day... unfortuately I come from a line of flat butts. I am going to try and grow it. ha ha ha ha!

There was a girl around here who was the guru of butt building... @sardelsa
IIRC, she did bulk and cut cycles with eating protein at 1g per lean body weight and lots of heavy lifting with Bret Contreras' booty lower body focused lifting program. HTH0 -
