Thanks all of you that responded when I was worried about my weekend off outta town. Even with all the splurging I did this weekend, I still managed to lose 1 pound since my last weigh in on 2/21/08!! That's definitely a motivator - knowing I could take a weekend now and then to splurge and still loose the weight! Thanks again all of you for your support!!!!!!

    That's great to hear....I'm about to go away for the weekend too and I was a little worried about this! I'm hoping that even with a few slurges I'll still be able to make a few good decisions and still see results! Congrats on the loss!
