I Did it! 1st 20 lbs lost!

Hey Gang!
Just wanted to share that thanks to the motivation and support of all of you I have lost my first 20 lbs, in 2 months!
I can't wait for the next 20 lbs!

No real secret...
I have been eating about 1700 calories a day, and I work out 4-5 times a week.
Monday, Wednesday and Sometimes sat or sun, I am training to run a 5k, so I jog (4.5mph) for 2 miles and walk (3.5mph) 1mile.
Tuesday and thursdays I strength train, and do 30 mins on the bike or ellpitcal.
I have trained myself to make better choices and decide that nothing tastes as good as losing weight feels!0 -

So funny---I've been picking up 5 pound bags of potatoes at the grocery store and carrying them around the produce section every time I lose 5 pounds---it sure makes you think twice when you eat!!
