π Welcome all new first timers to this challenge and "Hello again" to those returning for another month, another year, another round. π
I joined back in September of 2021, which was my first month back on MFP. In 9 months, I've lost 40 pounds and use this challenge as motivation to stay on track. It is nice to have a medium-term goal that gets broken down into manageable chunks.
Pick your own goal, check in once per week, and at the very end of the month. Let's keep encouraging each other & staying focused on our individual goals.
You can change the dates to suit you, but try to keep it weekly as it shows off the weekly progress betterπ

Morning all,
Clean slate new start 40kgs to drop 49 weeks to do it in to be fabulous at 50 years old.

Long vacation at the end of July put me outside of my maintenance range.

I'm guessing that you're in maintenance. How long have you been maintaining? It's something I haven't been able to do once I reach goal. This time (the 3rd time losing) will be different. I'm going to learn how and make it stick. I have a long way to go before I get there but I can use any advice you have... thanks.

New to this Challenge and back again (re-start with MFP). Been on the weight loss journey soooooo very long. Currently seeing a doctor and on meds for several medical issues related to my weight. In the past year I have lost about 30lbs but seemed to have hit a plateau. Hoping to amp it up with a challenge and tracking to really look at what foods I am putting into my body and keep myself accountable.
