Hi my name is Pam and I am challenged with losing weight I've done pretty well for myself the last couple months been walking a lot but not getting to where I want to be so I decided to use this to help me hit my goals and to understand better my decisions of what I'm eating.

    Hi Pam, welcome and good luck! Consistency with tracking is key in my opinion - even if you blow past your calories for the day, track everything to help recognise patterns in your behaviour, and to keep yourself accountable.

    Hello Pam, I am too on that 100 lb weight lose challenge to myself. I found that my first goal/obstacle was giving up sugar. It was hard but very rewarding. My next goal is walking and some core exercising.
