What is the best exercise or machine to do or use that will tone your butt?

Squats with lots and lots of weight.0

PLEASE don't do weighted squats unless you know the correct form. However, bodyweight squats, plyometric jump squats, lunges, etc are great for butt-toning. I also like squat walks, one legged squats, balance lunges, etc. Anything that makes you jump typically works the glutes. If you need a better description, send me a message!0

Yes squats like they said above and reverse lunges. I also love step ups with weight and leg press. :-)0
