Dragon*Con....I wasn't able to attend this year.

Oh - I live in Atlanta so i've been going (with a few absences) for over 10 years. That's probably the geekiest thing I DO.

As for geekiest thing I love, it's a long list:

Big Bang Theory (most especially Sheldon and his knocking style and his use of the word BAZINGA!)
LoTR
Star Wars
Doctor Who and Torchwood (Jack/Ianto *slurp*)
All things Joss Whedon
Cheesy old movies with a sci-fi or fantasy twist (She, Caveman, etc)
Spaceballs, Galaxy Quest (By Grabthar's hammer, by the sons of Worvan, you shall be avenged!!), Labyrinth, Dark Crystal, etc.
Fan-fiction (HA!), mostly reading, but some writing
Loads of various sci-fi/fantasy books
Comics and the occasional Manga
Transformers, Thundercats (the new one isn't so bad), He-Man, She-Ra, Wonder Woman, etc.
Harry Potter
Grammar/spelling/punctuation
H.P. Lovecraft (I have a Cthulhu plushie on my desk in my office cubicle), Edgar Allan Poe (though that may be more "goth" than "geek")

I love Sci Fi. So much so that at our wedding one of our readings was the Declaration of Principles from Babylon 5, we walked out of the ceremony to the throne room music from the end of Star Wars Episode IV, all our tables were named after Star Wars planets, and we got the string quartet to play the cantina music during the post-ceremony drinks Big fan of Star Trek, BSG, Doctor Who, Stargate, Buffy/Angel etc as well.

I also love video games, comics (especially Sandman, Preacher, Watchmen etc), html, css, typography and all web-design related stuff.

I have also *dabbled* in Magic: The Gathering, but only a little!

My Transformers action figures that sit prominently on my desk @ work (Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Jazz & RC).

My nerdy grandpa-esque glasses! And yes, I'm blind as a bat and need them to see. Why bother making my glasses look stereotypically pretty when I can buy massive frames that look ten times better, more unique, and more 'me'? I get complimented on them every time I go out now!
