Rather surprised yet not surprised. I have been tracking several things lately.... data points really, and It's keeping me on track with my food intake...or as it would be... my lack of overindulging!. I'm tracking daily:
1. Planned food for the day
2. Tracked all food eaten
3. Rate on track AM
4. Rate on track PM
5. Rate On track Evening.
I have goals for each one....For example...On track evening I want to have the percentage be 73%. On track Morning I want to be at 85% or higher. This data is helping because, I know that I will have a few off-plan snacks, but that doesn't mean that it has to be an OFF plan DAY!

08/03-201.6-(Trend Weight: 201.4)- Surgery went well. Healing properly. Glucose way up for absolutely no reason. Maybe normal in the healing process? No exertion allowed so calorie burning is at base level but logging and following diet good.
08/10-197.0-(Trend Weight: 199.8)- Staying home healing and away from influences really helps. Lots of travel coming up this month literally all over the state of Michigan for various reasons. Car sitting and restaurants are not helpful to my cause. I’ve got to get the right mindset for all of this and watch PORTION CONTROL.
08/17-200.4-(Trend Weight: 199.6)- A lot of medical travel this week including today. Weight up because of the car sitting and restaurants, but trend weight is slightly down. Today is my yearly breast cancer remission check-up and my mamm. Don’t forget to schedule yours! You are important!

Ugh. Up and down like a fiddlers elbow. Having reached my lowest and hitting pbs on all my lifts in the gym I had a week where I was extremely fatigued and constantly starving. I pushed myself to train again last Thurs and that led me to a spiral of over eating junk as I was just so fatigued. I should have listened to my body, rested more and jyst increased my cals and eaten more healthy foods.
Anyway a new week begins.2 -

08/01-201.2-(Trend Weight: 201.4)- Surgery day.
08/03-201.6-(Trend Weight: 201.4)- Surgery went well. Healing properly. Glucose way up for absolutely no reason. Maybe normal in the healing process? No exertion allowed so calorie burning is at base level but logging and following diet good.
08/10-197.0-(Trend Weight: 199.8)- Staying home healing and away from influences really helps. Lots of travel coming up this month literally all over the state of Michigan for various reasons. Car sitting and restaurants are not helpful to my cause. I’ve got to get the right mindset for all of this and watch PORTION CONTROL.
08/17-200.4-(Trend Weight: 199.6)- A lot of medical travel this week including today. Weight up because of the car sitting and restaurants, but trend weight is slightly down. Today is my yearly breast cancer remission check-up and my mamm. Don’t forget to schedule yours! You are important!
08/24-200.6-(Trend Weight: 200.3)- So much medical travel, still yet, due to the surgery and other conditions. I hate when I can’t get my steps in since it’s practically the only exercise I can get right now. I hope the travel will ease up a bit in mid to late Sept. I am still a smidge under my starting weight. Gotta get this train rolling!
