I’m just so comfortable. My clothes feel soft and comfy, my belly is pleasantly satisfied, my workout was good and unrushed, my office shawl feels good around my shoulders, I have no pressing tasks atm. It’s nice3

Just feeling very proud of myself. Just about 1 year ago I couldn't even walk for a long period of time without getting out of breath and this morning I ran a 10K race. I'm a little frustrated that I didn't beat my best time but I did it and now I want to register for more.

There's one more week of summer. I thought next week was September and back to school
