I usually eat the same thing every day. Fruit in the morning. Banana, an strawberries, blueberries. If its a work out day. I would make it a smoothie, an add protein powder. Lunch i usually do something easy .like me tuna avocado spinach raps. Dinner is anywhere, from sea food , an some kind of protein. Example chicken, tofu,or beef. More i work out more i eat. Or i do fasting also. An drink alot of water.0
