08/19-200.0-(Trend Weight: 200.2)- Lots of medical travel this past week and much more to come in the next 3 weeks. Plus, shopping for dΓ©cor etc for my daughterβs wedding Sept 3. It can be tough living in the boonies. Teetering on Onederland again. I hope to reach it by tomorrow.
08/26-199.6-(Trend Weight: 200.1)- I am still going through so much travel in regards to medical and the upcoming wedding. I am, however, trying to make good choices on the road. Iβm also making everyday at home count since that is my βsafe placeβ. I am trying hard to only keep quality low cal, carb conscience foods in the house for me but itβs not easy when you donβt live alone. All things considering, Iβm doing okay and weight is going down slowly. I miss exercise. I have to do cardiac rehabilitation under medical supervision to reintroduce it. Iβm not even allowed to take walks! That is not helping! That makes my diet all the more important. I tweaked my goals in MFP and adjusted my macros as it seemed a bit high on the carbs. I may have to tweak it a few times to get it right.

Morning all,
Clean slate new start 37kgs to drop 46 weeks to do it in to be fabulous at 50 years old.

Good morning! I won't make my August goal, but I'm pretty happy with the steady progress of the number on the scale going down. I've been doing a lot to try to make myself stronger and better conditioned and even though my loss is less than 5lbs, I think it's starting to show when I do physical activity. I'm pretty happy with that.

Not the worst August ever. I logged for a week in France but I didnβt log for a week in Italy and it shows, but I donβt regret it in the slightest. The start of the week Iβm confident I was losing as we tried to not have lunch, but my boyfriend stopped enjoying that so we went back to three proper meals a day.8 -

Scale was up the last two days, and it's higher than the one-day weight at the end of July. That's OK. My rolling average weight is down about two pounds for the month, and that feels good.

Not the best way to finish up the month, but it is what it is. My focus for September is to buckle down as I'm headed out on vacation for 2.5 weeks in October where I'm pretty sure I'll be eating out quite a bit and having a number of full day travel days (either plane or car) where I won't be getting my exercise.3 -
Well for a scale spike, so I'm 0.5 why of making my goal... oh well, I'm thankful/grateful I've shed 6.8 pounds over the month, especially considering the vacation and then the post-vacation difficulties.

08/31-200.0-(Trend Weight: 199.9)- Down 1.6 pounds this month. That is a far cry from my 5 pound goal, but itβs been a horrendous month which even included a surgery so I will take what I can get and be proud of it. See you in September, as the song says.
