Weight gone down but calorie allowance gone up ?

Hi for the first time ever today my calorie allowance has jumped up over 100 cals per day after I lost 4 pounds! Surely it should be the other way around ? Nothing else in my goals has changed !

Something changed. Recheck all your Goals. Height, current weight, Activity level, Gain/Lose/Maintain, RATE of loss (lose 2 pounds, 1/2 pound, etc.)

You poked a button somewhere or you need to open a Tech request.

No it’s not exercise calories it’s actual day calories and it’s still happening sadly, I’m waiting for them
    To get back to me

Just so you know, you can manually choose your own calorie goal on the web version, under Goals:

    https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/my-goals

There's an "Edit" at the top, just plug in the number you had before. Calories don't change a whole lot - about 10 calories per 10 pounds lost.
