989 days heading for the 1000. got to 800 before that then missed a day in hospital.3

Today makes 1373. I'm still at it. I've seen a few people around the site with more than me.2

As of today, 3230 days straight! That's 8.8 years, egad. I lost 25 pounds (which was my goal) in the first couple of years, but only because of tracking every single day have I been able to keep those pounds off.14

10 years in February. Lost 40 lbs and kept it off. Well 1 hiccup 4 years ago and gained 25 back but lost it again by tracking.

Under my old account I had over a year. Today, I am sitting at 19 days lol.3

I joined back in 2012 and tracked off and on but never really stuck with it regularly until this year.
I started logging again on January 3rd and have 239 days so far.0 -
As for me today I am at 532 which is a record for me. I have been a member since 2011 but really started this time checking in on my diary each day to keep accountable.
I have friends on my site that are at 2200 plus days and some over 1000. So I am a light weight on logging in compared to them.1 -
1674 for me as of today. been here since 2011 though2

I am on day 5 woo hoo2

I think today is 726 days for me but like a few above I broke a streak because lack of internet. The streak I broke was only around 98 days but they were still days that I was actually living a new way so in my personal count I include them. I have been a member since around 2012 and I do believe I have seen a few time that you can contact myfitnesspal if you lose your streak to something and you want it revived that they will do that for you. I would love to have more active friends if anyone would like to send a request.0

As of today 3,636 day logged in.3

401 days today.. that is a record for me in the 5 years that I have been logging my food intake (on and off). I have discovered that logging is the only way that I can maintain any significant weight loss.0

I'm at 3545 today.4

372 days for me and down 115 lbs!3

1052 days today.0

3527 days today for me.2

3608 today, many ppl here with more days!
Congrats to everyone for trying our best, falling down in some cases and continuing on. 👁 I see you😁3 -
1203 consecutive days this time. Loss of Internet for days a couple of times over the years interrupted my consecutive days twice that I recall.2
-
1036 consecutive days this time. Holiday trips and memory lapses have also interrupted my logging at least 5 times over 15 years, 105 lbs and several 20 gains, and returning to goal weight (which I am below at this time - not planned - sick).3
-
3716, I lost 82lb originally then gained ¾ of it back. Now trying to lose the weight again. Logging every day I was able to see what I was doing wrong. I’m pretty sure I’ll be counting for life. While I gained a lot back it would have been even worse/faster without logging.1
