What's your workout or cardio regimen

What's your workout? My strength training is first day chest shoulders and triceps. Second day is back and biceps. Third day is legs with cardio each day but usually walking no running. Rest one to two days then start over.

    Train one bodypart a day, 7 days a week. Won't train bodypart until a week later. I interval run on Mon, Wed, Fri and walk the others days with 3 classes of cardio kickboxing instruction mixed in.

    I know about that heavy training I did 11 miles a day 7 days a week for over 2 years to drop 300 lb

    About 200-250km of cycling per week. Mostly hills/mountains.
