Hello from Still missing something

I'm new to this app. I'm trying to figure out how to use the full functions of the app in an unstable and stressful enviroment. Learning how to get started or where to start working on losing weight and it is harder than anything else. I got the "resettng" issue, how will I reach my goals if I can't figure out how to get started. I heard that if I came on the forum I could get a chance to meet up with a new person who has experienced my exact or something similar situation. I would like to explore this and learn how to overcome the obstacles preventing my health goals. Thank you for letting me rant on..😊👋
