Again, not everyone has to do the measurements. It's sort of a trial run because many people get fustrated because they're exercising and not seeing results on the scale but may be getting results on the measuring tape0 -

Well I'm a couple of weeks late this month...shame on me...but I did just have shoulder surgery and am recovering from that at the moment so I've been not good with logging my calories cause I haven't been eating a whole lot but have been getting better with eating now that I am almost off the pain meds all together.
Anyway here's my weight for sw and week 1
