Ok, so when I started living a healthy life style one of the hardest thing for me to give was sauces! I love flavor in my food, so it has been my goal to make my favorite sauces in a healthy way and this is one of my favorites. Perfect for Veggies, rice noodles, chicken just about anything!

serves 6 people:
1 8 oz. package of fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan fat free cheese
1/2 skim milk
2 tsp I can't believe its not butter "light" stick ( or any light stick butter)
course ground pepper (fresh peppercorn pepper if possible)

In a double boiler (or a non-stick pan on very low heat) melt the cream cheese, butter and milk untill smooth. Its better to use a stainless steel wisk for smoothness. After about 30-45 mins (melted) add in parmesan cheese and ground pepper. Will keep fresh for about 3-5 days and truthfully it doesn't freeze well, but you don't have to worry about that because with only 6 servings i'm sure it will be gone in a small family in a hurry ;)
