10/15 update: Great day for diet other than high sodium/carb chicken, stress was fine, and exercise was great (1000 cals burned on 30 mile ride). I had a great lunch of chicken and vegetables. Weigh in was probably a little higher due to sodium and water weight - not worried about it.

10/14 / 168.4 / Friday is my work from home day. I had my second appointment of the week that verified I no longer need CPAP therapy for sleep apnea after my 120+ pound weight loss. A real victory. Had a nice night with my husband and I need to get to bed soon.

An additional 0.6 pounds of holiday weight gain gone, 0.8 to go, that is my goal for this round. Resting heart rate down to 48, that's another improvement too as that is directly linked to my weight. No binges, keep within calories & macros.Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and then gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then & didn't want to gain any more, It's took me 75 rounds to achieve my under 130 target; back to maintenance again!! But then I crept up again, so need to get back under 130. Healthy life style has to be a permanent way of life.

10/15 - 162.7 (-1.5lbs) Damn! Super surprised by this number considering I spent the evening at McDonalds. Stayed within calories, but still! It contains so much salt and carbs. I’ll take it! 🙉 Had a really rough HIIT workout today that lasted for an hour. I was in HR zone 3 for 10 mins and zone 4 for 40min.

10/14-173-Went to the Pacific International Quilt Festival yesterday and only walked about 3 miles. Ate two meals out but also sat on the bus for about 4 hours total. Saw wonderful, inspiring quilts and spent the day with dear friends. Back to the horse and yard work today.

10/16-DNW-Went on a nursery tour of western native plants then came home and rode the horse. Bingo at MIL’s church that had pizza and salad. I figured one more slice of pizza instead of dessert was OK, but that was a poor choice. Memorial service for a relative today; hoping for good food choices. It will be nice to visit with family.8 -

10/15 -200.4- (Trend weight 200.1) Finally, the travel is over until late next week. This will give me a chance to focus on all the good habits I have learned over time. Also I will be able to take my medications including the “bloat pill”. The scale was down 1 ½ lbs this morning after my pill. This still left me at a weight which is likely true and that I’m not happy with. Focusing.
10/16 -200.6- (Trend weight 200.1) A small blip up probably from my snack. I guess I have to travel today afterall for an item for the kitchen reno. I had no idea the last handyman dropped and completely broke one of the other cabinets! This will be a trip that is about 300 miles round trip. Dinner will probably be out. I’ll have to watch it! I called my old handyman from the motel days that moved downstate. He is many hours away but will probably be coming back and forth for the next few weekends to hunt in my rural area. I hit him up to do as much of the work in the kitchen as he can fit in around the two hunts each day. I think he is going to try to help so I’ve got to make sure I have everything here he needs. Thank you for the prayers ya’ll.
